HR and Admin Manager

CultivAid’s HQ in Israel is looking for an HR and Admin Manager with 2-3 years of experience in A-Z recruitment, HR, wellbeing, and office management. This is a key and essential role as a single function with comprehensive impact in HR. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on attitude and high motivation to work in a dynamic environment with local and global stakeholders. The HR and Admin manager will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  1. A-Z recruitment: draft job descriptions in collaboration with the recruiting manager, advertisement, CV screening, HR interviews.
  2. Provide guidance and support recruitment processes in Global CultivAid branches.

HR:

  1. Develop, implement, and lead HR policies throughout the organization: overall responsibility of employee life cycle from onboarding through offboarding, performance reviews, HR budget.
  2. Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR best practices and fostering a positive work culture.
  3. Provide guidance and support to HR managers in Global CultivAid branches.
  4. Collaborate with the payroll officer to ensure payments are made according to the law.
  5. Design, implement, and oversee employee development programs aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and competencies across all levels of the organization.

Wellbeing:

  1. Oversee and manage employee wellbeing budget: gifts, team bonding activities, holidays toasts.

Office Management:

  1. Oversee the office’s day-to-day administrative operations: manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain records, handle communication and IT support and perform office administration tasks.
  2. Manage Office budget including office supply and food for meetings.

External Communication and Public Relations

  1. Maintain social media accounts and regular posting.
  2. Website updating and management.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field – required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or as a single function.
  • Previous experience as an office manager – advantageous
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and take initiative.

Language Skills:

  • Hebrew (Mother Tongue)
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
